I really appreciated the central location. It made sightseeing easy. The subway was directly accessible from the hotel. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The breakfast had both western and japanese style options (i liked the miso soup).
I found that the gym required an extra daily fee.

The hotel shuttle from the train station was convenient. I used it when departing. my room had amazing views, and the staff remembered my birthday with a special greeting, how sweet! the daily newspaper and abundant amenities. breakfast was also really good!!!
the basement area felt dimly lit and navigating it was a little challenging, especially early in the morning. better lighting would improve safety.

the hotel is close to local transportation and within walking distance of tourist sites. shopping is very convenient with nearby department stores, boutiques, and local handicrafts. i could easily walk to museums, cafes, and restaurants from the hotel.

buffet breakfast on the 17th floor offered a bountiful treat with varied options. restaurants are available for sumptuous lunches and dinners. the breakfast buffet also features great views over the city, so good!!!

the non-smoking room smelled of smoke, it was unpleasant. the room itself felt old and too small. it really was like a disappointing experience.
